Village Clerk

The Office of the Village Clerk for Claycomo serves the residents on a daily basis by mail, phone, e-mail and in person.  The Village Clerk oversees the Municipal Office staff, Public Works Department and the Municipal Court Department.

 
The office assists with the following:

• Park Reservations
• Taxes for Claycomo
• Building Permits
• Sign Permits
• Business/Occupational Licensing
• Board of Trustee’s Meeting Agendas, minutes and payment of bills
• Stream Team
• Village Newsletter
• Village Website articles
