ORDER
The Village of Claycomo, Missouri Municipal Court has established a Violations
Bureau. Effective February 10, 2009 the following violations can be paid before
your court date by mail or at the court cashier window during the regular business
hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays
set forth by ordinance by the Village of Claycomo Board of Trustees. By paying
fines and costs through the Violations Bureau you are pleading guilty and no
court appearance is required. Each amount includes a $24.00 court cost (with the
exception of a seatbelt violation). Cash, money order or credit cards are accepted
at the clerks cashier window, money orders are accepted through the mail.
**If an accident is involved with any citation a court appearance is required**

Fine schedule become effective for tickets with offense dates on or after February 10, 2009.
This fine schedule supersedes all other violations bureau fine schedules.
All other violations require a court appearance.
