Plea Agreements

All plea agreements must go through the Village Prosecutor. The Prosecutor does accept mail-in pleas. Please contact the court office at (816) 452-4539 for further information.

The court now has a plea docket the second Tuesday of each month. On this night the Prosecutor is available to meet with attorneys at 4:30pm. The Prosecutor is available at 5:30pm on all other dockets.
